The Multitest 710 mask tester is suitable for carrying out all of
the static tests that need to be performed on respiratory
protective masks. It features a pneumatic tightener for masks
with five-point head harnesses.
In combination with the stainless-steel holder for two-point
helmet masks (sold separately), and if necessary docking
adapters (sold separately), it is also possible to conveniently
dock and test two-point helmet masks.
The pneumatic mask tightener not only makes it easy to swap
masks quickly but also guarantees that they sit properly on the
dummy head, which can be inflated and deflated via a joystick.
The negative pressure required for testing is supplied by
Multitest 710’s built-in pump, while the positive pressure and
the opening pressure for 10‑litre flow tests are produced by
means of the medium pressure fed to the device. All of the
tests can be controlled via a joystick. The current level of
negative/positive pressure is shown on the tester’s lowpressure
gauge.
