(Pos.90-140 hose #2, 160, 170 and 280)
Tools: Allen key 3mm, cross-blade screwdriver PZ2 (alternatively 7mm socket),
41mm socket
Remove the mask holder (Pos.250) by undoing the Allen bolts (Pos.240) with
the 3mm Allen key.
Unscrew the mouth nut (Pos.190) with the 41mm socket.
Remove the sealing ring (Pos.180).
Remove the outer clamp protector (Pos.280).
Open the clamp (Pos.170) with the screwdriver PZ2.
Dispose of the screw and nut clamp (Pos.170) and the clamp protector
(Pos.160).
Pull the test head bladder (Pos.90) from the test head base (Pos.40).
Disconnect hose #2 from the test head base (Pos.40).
Connect hose #2 first when installing the new test head bladder.
Make sure that the mouth opening is correctly seated.
Position the mouth nut (Pos.190) and tighten it lightly.
Install the screw and nut clamp (Pos.170) and the clamp protector (Pos.160).
Tighten the mouth nut (Pos.190) firmly.
Remove the outer clamp protector (Pos.280).
